Your mat does not exist at the moment you order it: it is printed for you. The piece is in stock in France: it is dispatched once the order is placed, with nothing left to make. We do not promise a precise number of days, because what happens next depends on the carrier, not on us.
You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.

Changing your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are sending the item back. No reason needed. The mat must come back in a condition that allows resale: unrolled and laid on a desk, yes; cut or stained, no.
Write to us before sending anything back and we will tell you how to proceed. The refund comes within 14 days of the return reaching us.
A damaged item
If the parcel arrives damaged, or if the print has a flaw, send us a photo. We remake the piece or refund you, whichever you prefer, and the return is on us. This does not fall under the 14 days above: the legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years.

When does my order ship?
As soon as it is placed. The piece already exists: it is in stock in France, we take it off the shelf and send it. There is nothing left to make. We do not promise a precise number of days, because what happens next depends on the carrier, not on us.
How much is shipping?
Free in France, with no minimum order. €6.90 to the rest of Europe. The price on the page is the price you pay.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.
What if I do not like the pad?
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are sending it back, with no reason needed. The refund is full and comes within 14 days of the return reaching us, to the original payment method.
Does the pad have to be untouched to be taken back?
It has to come back in a condition that allows resale. Unrolled, laid on a desk and tried: yes. Cut, stained or washed: no. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item is faulty.
