One size only: 800 × 400 × 3 mm. It covers a full keyboard, the mouse, and leaves room for an open notebook beside it. Measure the width of your desk before ordering — the size page shows it to scale, with a keyboard and a mouse on it.

On a desk under 100 cm wide, yes. The piece would run edge to edge and get in the way of a drawer or a lamp. In that case it is better not to order: there is no smaller size any more. This is advice against the sale, but an object that overhangs ends up being returned.

No. The base is rubber and grips the desk, including varnished wood and glass. At 80 cm wide there is enough material for the weight to do the rest anyway.

That is the most common complaint about large pads, and it comes from models whose edges are simply cut. Here all four sides are stitched all the way round: the thread holds the fibre, and the friction of a wrist does not open it.

Three millimetres thick with a rubber base: the pad follows the desk rather than forming waves. Store it rolled and never folded — a crease pressed into the fabric cannot be undone.

Both. The surface is a fine grain fabric: the mouse glides without catching and stops dead when you brake. It is the material you choose to aim with rather than to sweep across.

Yes — that is where the French word "sous-main" comes from. Three millimetres of fabric over a hard desk, a sheet of paper on top, and the pen no longer knocks against the wood.

It is made by dye sublimation: the colour dyes the fibre itself instead of sitting as a layer on the surface. There is no film to wear away. That is what separates these pads from the ones whose pattern pales after a few cleanings.

Very nearly. Every screen shows colour its own way, and a printed material does not send light back like a backlit panel. Deep greens and blacks are the ones that vary most.

No. The pad stays bare: no mark, no added pattern. That is a house rule, not an oversight.

A damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry it flat. Since the print is inside the fibre, it does not rub off.

Avoid it. The machine, the tumble dryer and the iron attack the rubber base and the stitched edges long before the fabric. A pad washed in a machine often comes out warped, and that cannot be undone.

As soon as it is placed. The piece already exists: it is in stock in France, we take it off the shelf and send it. There is nothing left to make. We do not promise a precise number of days, because what happens next depends on the carrier, not on us.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are sending it back, with no reason needed. The refund is full and comes within 14 days of the return reaching us, to the original payment method.

It has to come back in a condition that allows resale. Unrolled, laid on a desk and tried: yes. Cut, stained or washed: no. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item is faulty.

Send us a photo. We remake the piece or refund you, whichever you prefer, and the return is on us. This does not depend on the 14 days: the legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years.
