Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on this site.
This is a courtesy translation. The contract is governed by French law, and only the French version is legally binding.
1. The seller
Yann Flouzat, Entreprise individuelle, SIRET 109 000 182 00013, registered office at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris.
2. The products
A desk mat printed by dye sublimation, in a single size: 800 × 400 × 3 mm. Items are held in stock in France before the order and shipped from France. Available quantities are therefore limited: an order may only be placed within the stock shown.
The photographs shown are renderings of the pattern applied to the base material. A difference in shade may exist between the screen and the item received, without this constituting a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. Delivery costs are shown before payment.
4. Ordering
The order is confirmed once payment is accepted. A confirmation email summarising the order is then sent. The contract is formed at that moment.
5. Payment
Payment is made on the secure platform operated by Shopify International Ltd.. No banking details are received or stored by the seller.
6. Delivery
Items being held in stock in France, dispatch follows confirmation of the order, with no making time. Delivery time then depends on the carrier. Free shipping in France, €6.90 elsewhere in Europe.
Should delivery be delayed by more than 30 days beyond the announced date, you may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise it, inform us by email before the deadline, then return the item within the following 14 days. Return postage remains at your expense, unless the item is faulty or not as described. The refund is made within 14 days of the return reaching us.
The item must be returned in a condition that allows resale.
8. Legal guarantees
All items carry the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code), for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). Enforcing them costs the buyer nothing.
9. Mediation
